How do I book a car or taxi?

Call or WhatsApp us directly with your pickup, drop, date, and preferred vehicle — no app or account needed. We'll confirm the fare before you book.

Is there a minimum charge for outstation trips?

Yes — outstation trips are billed on a minimum-distance package (see the full tariff for exact numbers per vehicle), with a per-km rate applying beyond that minimum.

Do you offer one-way trips, or only round trips?

Both. If you only need to travel in one direction, see our one-way taxi page — you're not charged for a return journey you're not taking.

What vehicles can I choose from?

Is advance payment required?

Some bookings may require an advance payment to confirm — the operator fulfilling your trip will confirm the amount, if any, before you book. Not a fixed percentage we can quote in general.

What's your cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after the vehicle has already left its base, or if you fail to show up for a confirmed booking. Ask your operator for their specific policy at the time of booking.

How is the driver batta (allowance) calculated?

No separate driver batta is charged — it is already built into the package and per-km rates shown.

Can I get billing documentation for my trip?

Yes, billing documentation for expense claims is available on request — just let us know when you book.
